CASTILLO SANTA BARBARA GRAN RESERVA

Minimum 60 months, of which at least 18 months have been spent in French and American oak barrels with a maximum capacity of 225 liters. Ruby red colour, almost brick colour. Aromas of ripen red fruits, a touch of toasted aroma from oak ageing. Nice start, tasty, well balanced and long aftertaste.

Red meats and roasts, stews and spicy hotpots. Serving Temperature: 16 °C — 18 °C.
