Minimum 36 months, of which at least 12 months were spent in French and American oak barrels with a maximum capacity of 225 liters. Dark red cherry colour with russet hues. Aromas of red fruit,vanilla, toasted oak and minerals. Well structured, unctuous and tasty, long and round aftertaste.
Smoked and roast meats. Serving Temperature: 15 °C — 17 °C.
